Timeliness: In order to ensure you the most from your spa experience, we ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment will be asked to reschedule unless another technician is available.
Cancellation policy: Appointments
in excess of one half hour must be reserved with a credit card.
Cancellation of any service with less than 24 hours notice will result
in a 50% charge. This charge will be deducted from a gift certificate
if applicable.
Gift certificates: We are not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates, nor do we provide refunds or exchanges. Gift certificates may NOT be used toward the purchase of spa merchandise.
